OK, the old one was identical, I installed it 20 years ago. It still works, just a bit noisy, but I found I could replace it entirely for less than a new motor/fan. I think I have replaced bulbs once during the time. Same timer switch, too. There aren't many products out there that work 20+ years with only minor cleaning/oil, so I got another one. Simple installation; this one I'll exchange, re-caulk, and be back in business. Save yourself trouble; use non-flexible duct that vents outside from the very start. Shipping was fast. I'd certainly buy from them again.
