The seller is marvelous, unfortunately the product supplier (Broan) in this case, has some real problems with packaging their products for shipping. Everything I order from Broan arrive in pieces or bent up beyond belief and impossible to use. The seller in this case shipped a second item without charging me in an effort to please.
